- One fender flare: 4–8 rivets
- Full front or rear fender assembly: 10–16
- Footwell panels (pair): 6–10
- Side panels (pair): 6–8
- Full plastic refresh (all body panels off and on): 30–40
- UTV with doors and bed panels (RZR, Maverick, Defender class): 40–60 for a full refresh
Why you should buy double
Plan on losing or breaking 10–15% during any real job — rivets drop into the frame, legs snap on seized clips, and a few holes always turn out to be stripped and eat an extra attempt. Pressure washing also ejects a rivet or two per season.
The math
At bulk pricing, a 100 pack runs about eleven cents per rivet — versus $1–2 each for OEM-boxed clips at a dealership parts counter. Keeping a 100 pack in the toolbox costs less than a single OEM 10-pack and covers you for a couple of seasons.
