RETURNS & REFUNDS
We keep prices low by keeping returns rare. Please use our size guide and fitment lookup to confirm fit BEFORE ordering — measuring your panel hole takes thirty seconds and avoids the process below entirely.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unopened packs only, and require prior authorization — contact us through the contact page with your order number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING
Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the product price less the restocking fee, to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
NOT RETURNABLE
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: opened or partially used packs (unsealed fasteners cannot be restocked), single-rivet orders, and any item returned without authorization or outside the 14-day window. Ordering the wrong size is not grounds for a fee waiver — hole dimensions are published on every product page.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If WE shipped the wrong item or your rivets arrive damaged or defective, that's on us: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. Verified claims receive a replacement shipment at no cost; refunds in lieu of replacement are at our discretion. Claims without photos, or made after 7 days, cannot be honored.
CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us before disputing a charge — we resolve legitimate issues quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested with full order, tracking, and policy documentation.
