PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our South Carolina warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Orders ship via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight — rivets are light, so most orders ship at our lowest rate. We currently ship within the United States.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your distance from South Carolina. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 14 days and we'll help resolve it. For packages lost in transit (no tracking movement for 10+ days), contact us and we'll reship or refund.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
