Which Rivet Do I Need? – Push Rivet Size Guide

Ninety percent of powersports panel fasteners are one of three sizes. Measure your panel hole (not the old deformed rivet) with calipers or a drill bit and match it below.

No calipers? Three field checks

  1. Drill bit gauge: the largest bit that slips through the hole freely is your size.
  2. OEM part number: if your parts fiche shows Honda 90653-HC4-900, Polaris 7661855, Can-Am 293150089, Kawasaki 92039-0033, Suzuki 09409-08308, or Arctic Cat 8413-100 — that's our 8mm.
  3. Fitment tool: use the fitment lookup — type your year, make, and model.
